The E-shop that is being created, is intended for all internet customers who want to be immediately notified of the products we offer, and may make purchases through the e-shop, or through remote online ordering, depending on the availability of the requested products.
These terms are completely compatible with the existing European and Greek law, while users recognize the Company's right to change these terms at any time, since they do not relate to binding legal obligations and without affecting finished situations.
The users of the site acknowledge that they have read the present conditions, agree with them and undertake to respect them.
Keeping the customer always informed and assured is an obligation for us. For this reason, we inform the customers of our online store on the following topics:
PRIVACY
To make any transaction through supertunafishing.com, such as ordering certain products, we will request your personal data which may not be disclosed by our Company. When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address where the products will be sent, the number of your landline phone (or any other phone number) and your email address.
This information is processed by the company in compliance with the law Article 7A par. 1 (b) N. 2472/1997, in order to implement the order given by the customer, and it will not be disclosed in any way, published or sold to third parties unless there is court order for declassification, as defined by the legislation (N. 2225/1994) or there are any obligations imposed by the implementation of Directive 24/2006.
SAFETY
The website www.supertunafishing.com operates in accordance with SSL for secure online trading. Thus, all information is encrypted so that it cannot be read or changed while transmitted through the Internet.
THE ITEMS SOLD
The details and other information on the products sold are available, and you can find out by following the search instructions provided in our website and by “clicking” on the name of the corresponding product.
Note that the clothes that are on SALE are not returnable, as well as those which have already been replaced once.
ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Upon the placement of the order through the e-shop, a sale contract for remote sales is concluded in accordance with the legal framework of the Greek Law 2251/1994, as amended. You have a possibility of concluding a valid order via the e-shop, if you are in compliance with the contractual Articles of the Greek Civil Code, (if you have completed the eighteenth year of age and are not under guardianship for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can be made by representatives of legal entities as well, while the company reserves its right to claim from the supervising guardian, any orders that have been placed by individuals who are not eligible according to the law.
The registration of the TRN and Tax Office (only for the orders that take place in Greece), since 01.01.2014 is necessary for the issue of the receipt on the basis of POL. 1207 11/14/2012 n. 4093/2012 (OGG.222).
PROCEDURE OF PLACING AN ORDER VIA E-SHOP:
Filling in a special form with the necessary information, in order to conclude the sales contract, is required.

The customer, through the website, is informed by the Company before checkout about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, price, quantity, shipping costs, payment, delivery, the duration and the price of any products on sale, and the right of withdrawal.
By sending the order form, the customer receives a copy of the order online, which they can save.
When the customer chooses to fulfil an order by bank deposit, and has not made the deposit within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be informed via mail.
The prices shown below each product, include VAT (24%), while www.supertunafishing.com reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consuming public.
Note:
a) Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial burdens due to differences in the exchange rate, customs clearance, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility.
b) Customers who choose to fulfil an order via bank deposit, will have to make the deposit within 4 (four) days, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
c) Orders coming from customers who have refused to receive and accept previous orders that have been returned to supertunafishing.commarked as “not interested” by the courier company, will be accepted only after a deposit in a bank.
METHOD - TIME – SHIPPING COST
Deliveries are made in the district of Attiki and the rest of Greece through the company Courier within seven 4 working days, and during holidays in 10 working days.

For purchases over 60 € shipping is free.
For purchases below 60 € the shipping cost is 4€ (including VAT 24%).
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Although the description of our products is detailed and you can form a complete picture of the product, you may eventually, upon delivery, find out that it is not what you wish for or that you did not select the correct size. In this case supertunafishing.com enables you to return the product within a period of 15 days after the delivery, and replace it with another product that you choose, or choose the same product in the size that suits you. If another product, or the size you have selected is not available, we will refund your money by depositing it into your bank account, or the amount is credited to be used in any new order desired.
If you wish to cancel all, or part of the order after receiving the products, you may return the product or products within a period of fifteen (15) days and we will refund your money by depositing it into your bank account.
It is clarified that the returned product must be in its original condition. Specifically, the returned product must not have been worn beyond trying on, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process. Also, any labels that accompany the product should remain in the same place, just as they were when you received it. Moreover, the clothes that are on sale are not accepted back and the replacement may be made only in terms of size.
In all these cases, the cost of delivery / shipping (courier and bank charges) is paid by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until their delivery.

If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can press "cancel" and automatically stop the ordering process. After completing the online order, and before shipping the products, contact us via [email protected] or call +30 210 9600641 (contact hours 09:00-17:00) and your order will be cancelled immediately.
In the case of requesting a replacement for an order that has already been fulfilled (i.e. the customer has received an informative e-mail with the tracking number of the order), the customer is charged twice the shipping costs. The same applies if the order is returned to supertunafishing.com due to non-receipt from the customer in time, and it is requested that the order be sent again.
Limitations of Liability
The website supertunafishing.com gives no warranty of any kind about the availability of the displayed products on the site, but ensures direct and timely notification of the customer on the unavailability of one of the purchased products. The transaction will be deemed complete only after sending a written electronic confirmation. If it is impossible to execute an order, supertunafishing.com has the right to withdraw and not fulfil it, while in the case that the product has already been paid for, there will be a refundable deposit to your bank account.
The user / customer assumes any responsibility that may arise from the access and use of the website www.supertunafishing.com. The website supertunafishing.com is not responsible for any kind of damage to the user / customer (incidental or consequential) without limitation for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damage. For any damage that may arise from the access, ability or inability to use the site, delay or failure to provide services or information coming from any third-party interventions related to products, services, or information available through it, including any damage from virus transmission to the user's electronic equipment, the Company may not be held accountable.
Applicable law - Jurisdiction Courts
These terms and conditions are governed by the Greek law.
MISCELLANEOUS
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes etc) it is not possible to deliver the products within the prescribed time, we will notify you via e-mail. The website marymary.gr assumes no responsibility for any incidents that do not derive from its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your convenience.
Modification of terms: The website www.supertunafishing.com reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of trade. The company undertakes no obligation to update this document for any change or addition to the terms.
