RETURN POLICY
Although the description of our products is detailed and you can configure a complete picture of the product, you can eventually find out that it is not what you want or that you have not chosen the right size. In this case, supertunafishing.com allows you to return the product within 15 days of delivery and replace it with another product you choose or choose the same product as the size that suits you. If any other product or size you have selected is not available, we will refund your money by depositing it in your bank account or the amount is credited for use in any new desired order.
If you wish to cancel all or part of the order after receiving the products, you can return the product or products within 14 days and we will refund the money by depositing it in your bank account.
It is specified that the returned product must be in its original state. In particular, the returned product must not be worn, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process. Also, the labels accompanying the product should remain in the same position as when you received it.
In all these cases, the delivery / dispatch costs (courier and bank charges) are paid by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or alteration of the returned products until delivery. Also, we do not accept returns sent at the expense of the recipient, nor do we return the shipping or return costs. If a product is found to be defective upon delivery to the customer (hereafter referred to as DOA short), the return of this product will be charged to the company.
If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can click "Cancel" and stop the ordering process automatically. After completing the online order and before sending the products, please contact us via info[at]supertunafishing.com or call +30 2374 052642 (contact hours 10:00-16:00 Monday to Friday ) and your order will be canceled immediately.
If a replacement order is requested (that is, the customer has received an e-mail with the order tracking number), the customer is charged twice the shipping cost. The same applies if the order is returned to the gate due to a non-timely receipt from the customer and the order is sent again.
